60-Day "Love It or Shove It" Trial Terms

We're all about making this dead simple and dead fair.

You get to try the gear, see if it's a fit, and if it ain't?
No big deal — send it back and we're square.

Our whole goal is to make this the most painless, profitable setup you've ever rolled out — something that adds value to your ops without adding headache.

Who Can Try It

This trial's for new folks and first time orders only — just tank level and pressure sensors to start (we keep the fancier stuff like Turbine Meters, Temperature Sensors, Shake Counters and any new developments for later once we decide to work together...).

What's It Cost?

To kick things off, there's a deposit per device (refundable only if you decide not to continue after the 60-day trial). This covers:

Think of it as a deposit during your 60-day trial.

If you decide TinyPumper isn't for you, just send the gear back in good shape and we'll refund the deposit, no questions asked.

If you do move forward after your 60-day trial, we simply apply that deposit to cover your setup fee — meaning you don't pay anything extra for setup.

How the Trial Works

You've got 60 days to try it out — see if it's a fit, no pressure. "Day 1" starts the day FedEx or UPS says it hits your doorstep.

To maximize your success, keep things simple, or get your full refund — read this part closely and follow these three steps:

1

Do the Onboarding Call

One of our petroleum engineers hops on live and walks you through the setup — not some YouTube mess. We get eyes on it while you're still at the facility, make sure everything's wired up right before you roll out.

2

Fill Out the Install Form

Takes maybe a couple minutes. Just helps us double-check the setup so you're not burning a second trip back out there 'cause something got missed.

3

If You're Sending It Back...

Uninstall it and make sure it's postmarked before Day 60. That's it — you'll get your full deposit back, no questions asked.

What Happens If You Skip a Step?

We've worked hard to make this simple on your end. But if you skip the install call, don't fill out the forms, or ignore the process, here's what happens:

Best case: we keep $99 per device as a restocking fee.

Worst case: you risk losing your deposit.

We're all for giving you a real shot to test this in the field — but the trial only works if both sides actually show up.

If the gear just sits in a truck, shop, or office and nothing ever gets installed, tested, or acted on, that's not a trial — that's us doing all the work and you getting a free rental.

So here's the deal:

We'll hold up our end every time. All we ask is that you hold up yours.

We're not being hard-asses or unfriendly — it's just that we've put a lot of work into making this simple on your end. There's a bunch happening behind the scenes to keep things smooth, but it only works if you stick to the process.

You follow the steps, we've got your back. Skip 'em, and yeah — you're not only wasting both your time and ours, there's also a cost to that.

Taking Care of the Gear

You're borrowing the gear — treat it right. We get it, the oilfield's a rough place. We don't dock you for scuffs, dust, or signs it's been doing real work — that's expected and won't affect your deposit.

But if it comes back busted or something's not working 'cause it got mishandled, that's when we may need to hang onto part (or all) of the deposit to cover repairs.

Refund Timing

Assuming everything's good, your refund lands back on your card in about 10 business days.

The 12-Month Deal

If you like it and want to keep rolling after the trial, we move you into a standard 12-month agreement. Once that starts, you're committed for the year.

If you decide to bail after opting in, you're still on the hook for the rest of the term — that's how we cover the cost of the gear we sent.

Send Gear Back After Your Agreement Term Expires

Easy. Return it in working order and we'll shoot your deposit back. Normal wear and tear is fine — we know how hard the oil patch can be on equipment.

Unheard of Lifetime Warranty (No B.S.)

If something fails under normal use, we replace it. Period. Any time we send you a free replacement — whether it's a sensor or a gateway — your facility's agreement simply resets to a fresh 12-month term starting from the day that replacement hits your doorstep. Doesn't matter if you had 1 month left or 11 months left — you always get a new 12-month runway from the last replacement. This simply enables us to recoup the cost of the free gear we ship you by setting a fair minimum term — it keeps us from losing money while making sure you're always covered.

If you'd rather not extend, no problem — we'll still repair or replace the gear for no more than the cost of your original deposit (which, after the trial, is applied as your setup fee).

If the issue was operator error (smashed, waterlogged, stolen, etc.), we'll still help you out — we'll just ask for an amount equal to the original setup fee per device to cover a replacement unit.

As long as you're with us, we've got your back.

Moving Gear

Need to move a sensor to a new tank or site? First time's free. After that, it's $49 per move per device. Devices weren't designed to play musical chairs and it takes a bit of backend magic on our end to make it work right, so this ensures our time is valued by both sides.

Want to Hit Pause?

You can pause billing on any device for up to 6 months — no penalty. Stuff happens — wells go down, prices dip, you sell an asset and need time to find the next one. While paused, the cost drops to $5 per month per gateway to cover the cellular connection that keeps the device ready to go. Time paused doesn't count against your 12-month rental term. If it's on hold, the clock stops. After 6 months of pause, the active agreement term kicks in whether the devices are back online or not.

Want to keep a spare on the shelf while your other TinyPumpers are running? No problem — spare devices can sit paused at $5 per month per gateway for as long as you need. Once you put a spare into service, its own 12-month term starts from that point.

Gear Stops Working?

If it quits, you don't pay for downtime. Doesn't count against your pause time either. Most issues are a quick fix over the phone. If not, we ship you a new one — just swap it out and keep rolling. Pro tip: keep a few spares on-hand so you're never stuck waiting for gear to arrive in the mail to continue monitoring your asset.

We Might Tweak Things

We may adjust the program as we grow. If so, we'll give you a heads-up.

Legal Stuff

We're under Oklahoma law. But honestly, if anything comes up, just reach out and we'll handle it like grown-ups.

One more thing: this page is the plain-English version. If you've signed (or later sign) a Rental Service Agreement with us, that signed agreement is the official word on our deal — if anything here ever differs from it, the signed agreement governs.
